My stay at Hotel Plaza was absolutely delightful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic, offering us a room upgrade immediately upon request. Room 410 was quiet and lovely, thanks to the excellent insulation. The buffet breakfast was a hit, with a wide selection to cater to every taste. The location was superb, within a short walking distance to various attractions. I even had a positive experience with the maid who found my misplaced bank cards. Planning my return already!

My stay at Hotel Plaza was amazing! The rooms weren't massive, but they were a good size and perfectly met our needs. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. The staff went above and beyond and even offered us a room upgrade to one with a balcony at no extra cost. The breakfast selection was great, and the rooftop bar and pool with stunning views were unforgettable. The location was ideal for exploring Sorrento and nearby attractions. I even left my bank cards in the hotel safe, and they were promptly found and safely kept by the staff. We are already planning our next visit to Hotel Plaza!

I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Sorrento! The hotel's location is unbeatable, right off the main piazza with everything within a stone's throw. The rooms, though a bit tight for three people, were modern and clean. The service was top-notch, especially Cinzia who went out of her way to help with wedding guest transfers. The dining experience was exceptional with a wide variety to cater to every taste. The rooftop pool and bar area with a stunning view made this hotel truly special.
